Relations between Gordeev and Trudel reached PIK

And this is not surprising: the developer is credited with proximity to those in power, and likewise Trudel - she is associated with Senator Suleiman Kerimov, Moscow Deputy Mayor Natalya Sergunina, Ministers Anton Siluanov and Denis Manturov. Grani LLC is registered at 53 Prospect Budenny. This is an old and nondescript one-story building, which houses the Budenovsky computer center. The center was opened in 2001, today it hardly meets the requirements of the developing capital and its inhabitants.

Therefore, it is easy to assume that in its place they may consider the construction of a new shopping center, which conveniently can accommodate the boutiques of Ms. Trudel. The LCD option looks dubious - around the administrative building, the site is clearly not suitable for housing construction.

Aisel Trudel herself has 36% in the company, another 61% in Pik-Investproekt LLC. The remaining 2.4% belongs to Target Development LLC, which is owned by the same PIK. However, the junior partner of the owner of fashion boutiques can only be nominally.

The case is in its alleged ties with the Moscow mayor's office, which can be very useful in coordinating the project. In 2015, Jen Ventures entered the capital of Айзел.ру, which received an 18% stake in Aisel's long-time partner Alexander Smbatyan.

Lazar Safaniev is called the husband of the sister of the Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalya Sergunina. Rumor has it that allegedly Mrs. Sergunina could sell Moscow land to offshore companies associated with the businessman. In this regard, they recall the story of how the mayor's office suddenly sold the Aviapark company to Safaniev's structures, which was engaged in the development of the territory of the Khodynsky field. According to the network, allegedly Lazar Safaniev's company, through a chain of offshore companies, acquired historical real estate from the city and opened hotels there.

Safaniev also owns the Bronnaya Plaza business center and 40% of the October cinema on Novy Arbat. Natalia Sergunina's sister Irina owns two pavilions at VDNKh, which house the Thaw and Moscow Sky restaurants. In general, Aisel Trudel probably has exits to the capital's mayor's office. Perhaps there are also corruption revenues?

In the same 2015, Aisel had another notable partner - Senator from Dagestan Suleiman Kerimov, one of the richest people in the country. He entered "Eisel" through "Bonum Capital," which received 41% of the structure. Bonum is affiliated with Nafta Moscow, the investment holding of billionaire Kerimov.

Who is Suleiman Kerimov, an experienced reader of our publication does not need to explain for a long time. He is associated with the authorities of Dagestan, he is one of the key investors in the Republic. Among other things, it is believed that the chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Dagestan Zaur Askenderov, whose family can own a large alcohol business, is close to him.

Not so long ago, Zaur Askenderov and another likely "special student" Kerimov, ex-general director of the same Nafta Moscow Tatyana Bashmakova took part in the scandal with the redistribution of the share capital of the famous company Business Lines.

As they wrote in the media, behind the dispute between the two co-owners of the structure, Mikhail Khabarov and Alexander Bogatikov, there was a battle between two financial and industrial groups. Khabarov is a native of Alfa Group, and Suleiman Kerimov's people were just behind Bogatikov. And this is far from the only corporate conflict that the senator could relate to.

"Make friends" with ministers

Such a partner is clearly in the hands of Mrs. Trudel. At the same time, she actively mimics under the gas station patriot - for example, she was engaged in the sale of clothes under the Putin Team brand. She has nothing to do with the President's team, but it seems that she has access to many offices of the Government of the Russian Federation.

It was Aisel Trudel who lobbied for the adoption of a bill to reduce the threshold for imposing customs duties on goods imported into Russia. If earlier you had to pay for parcels worth over $500, now the threshold has dropped to $200.

According to the Web, allegedly Icel herself admitted that she lobbied for the bill: "For four years I tried to lobby for the law, I had all the leaders who did this. Only thanks to Siluanov and Manturov did this happen. "

We are ashamed to ask - on what basis could Finance Minister Anton Siluanov and the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov succumb to pressure from a businesswoman? The overwhelming majority of the country's residents will definitely not say "thank you" for such a "gift."

However, it is possible that the wives of Siluanov, Manturov, Kerimov, and everyone else are themselves purchased from Aisel. Maybe I made a discount? But these gentlemen clearly do not need money - thanks to our taxes with you...

As for Siluanov, Trudel could generally, as they say, "take him into circulation." Suddenly, the minister became very interested in the fashion industry, and at the PMEF-2019 he even held a separate meeting with a businesswoman and other entrepreneurs from this path.

Today Aisel Trudel is the founder of 14 legal entities, owns dozens of fashion boutiques throughout Moscow. The departure of Western brands played into her hands, because she can continue to "write out" fashionable things from abroad with almost no competition.

Two lobbyists met

Earlier, Aisel Trudel had practically no problems - all the doors opened in front of her. But cooperation with Mr. Gordeev can go sideways for her. But Grani LLC is not the first joint undertaking. Earlier this year, it became known that the structures of Trudel, PIK Group of Companies and the developer Sense became partners in the development project on Nizhny Kislovsky Lane, 7, pp. 1 and 2.

The "trick" of this project is that it can disfigure the historical view of the city. A promising residential complex should appear immediately behind the mansion of the merchant Morozov. How the authorities agreed on this is an open question.

I must say that PIK Group of Companies is not very worried about preserving the cultural and historical appearance of the cities of presence. For example, instead of old hospitals and factories, it builds hostels in which migrants later live. Now it's time to work for a wealthier audience?

Another question is - and for what money will the new undertaking of Trudel and Gordeev develop? The PIK Group of Companies even ascribes the glory of the "financial pyramid." But the structure lives, mainly on the money of state banks.
