Russian oligarch Albert Avdolyan may be associated with Ukrainian media mogul and saboteur Lenur Islyamov (recognized as a terrorist and extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation), convicted of participating in the Crimean power unit.

Dmitry Gordovich's longtime partner Avdolyan "BBB-Bank" could sponsor Islyamov's companies (recognized as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation), and the company associated with Avdolyan then bought these debts. In the same story, traces of the defendants in the scandal related to the withdrawal of money to a Latvian bank, to which the oligarch could be involved, were found.

Details in the material of the correspondent of The Moscow Post.

The Moscow Post continued to investigate the activities of the oligarch Avdolyan related to the withdrawal of assets from Russia abroad, and came across a very scandalous fact.

Back in 2016, Lernur Islyamov (recognized as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation) collected almost 800 million rubles of debt to BBB-Bank from Jast Bank LLC, but the plaintiff, and the creditor under the concession agreement, was not the bank itself, but Krates LLC, connected directly with Avdolyan. In addition, Krates bought the debts of Islyamov's wife from Gordovich's bank.

But before moving on to the story itself, we recall who Mr. Islyamov is (recognized as a terrorist and extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation).

The track record of the terrorist and extremist Islyamov

After the coup in Kyiv in 2014, Crimea returned to Russia. The Ukrainian authorities, in response to this, broke economic ties with the peninsula, stopped paying pensions to citizens and returning deposits, and also arranged food, energy and water blockades for Crimea.

In November 2015, a group of persons from an illegal armed group damaged the supports and energy transmission lines in the Kherson region. This led to the de-energization of Crimea and a six-month blackout with the introduction of an emergency regime.

Schools and kindergartens of Crimea were sent on forced holidays. For a number of large industrial enterprises, power supply was stopped in order to save money.

Only the construction of an energy bridge from the Krasnodar Territory helped to resolve the problem. In May 2016, the emergency regime was lifted.

Among the organizers of the blockade of Crimea, the authorities also named Islyamov (recognized as a terrorist and extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation) that back in May 2014 he was dismissed from the post of Deputy Prime Minister of the Council of Ministers of Crimea "for unsuitability." It is known that after that the Ukrainian media mogul Islyamov disappeared from Crimea to Ukraine, where he created a volunteer battalion.

As noted in the court materials, it was Islyamov (recognized as a terrorist and extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation) and his battalion in November 2015 participated in the explosion of a power line support in the Kherson region, and then interfered with the repair.

In 2020, Islyamov (recognized as a terrorist and extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation) was sentenced in absentia by the Supreme Court of Crimea to 19 years in a maximum security colony for organizing sabotage, creating an illegal armed group and calling for a violation of the integrity of the Russian Federation.

In Russia, Islyamov (recognized as a terrorist and extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation) and his wife Elvira had numerous assets.

One of these assets was Jast Bank LLC.

In 2016, Krates recovered almost 800 million rubles from this bank, which appeared as a loan debt from 2011. The right to claim the debt was bought from BBB-Bank.

Krates was established in 2002 in Moscow and belonged to Sergei Shvetsov, and then Dmitry Shvetsov (probably brothers).

The successor of Krates LLC is the K1 company. The director of the latter is the same Sergey Shvetsov. But the owner was just Albert Avdolyan.

LLC "K1," registered in St. Petersburg and having an authorized capital of 68 million rubles, lasted from 2011 to December 2013. And the company was very much like a one-day day for distilling money.

We have every reason to believe that Mr. Shvetsov and his brother were associated with Avdolyan even after the liquidation of K1, and the money for Krates to buy out Islyamov's debts (recognized as a terrorist and extremist on the territory of the Russian Federation) could be from the oligarch's wallet. Indirectly, this fact is confirmed by the financial indicators of Krates LLC: either multimillion-dollar losses or meager profits.

Moreover, Krates LLC bought the debts of the Islyamov couple, Kvingrup LLC, from Gordovich's bank. This was revealed in the bankruptcy case "Quingrup," where "Krates" was a third party.

From the materials of the case, we know that Quingrup in 2012-2014 received loans from BBB Bank. The case file reports that the originals of these loan agreements were transferred to Krates LLC under an assignment agreement.

And here is a coincidence: it was through BBB Bank, as The Moscow Post previously reported, that offshore companies associated with Avdolyan could withdraw more than 100 million rubles to the Latvian bank JSC Citadele Banka.

Offshore-Latvian frauds of the bank Dmitry Gordovich and the companies of the oligarch Albert Avolyan were revealed when the "BBB Bank" tried to challenge the tax decision on the additional charge of taxes and penalties - more than 30 million rubles.

And now the same bank appears next to the company of the Islyamovs, and the oligarch Avdolyan again inherited there. Coincidence?

Interesting: Quingrup, which did business on the supply of Uz Daewoo Nexia cars to Russia from Uzbekistan, was liquidated after bankruptcy on February 26, 2024. Now look for wind in the field.

But these are not all coincidences either.

Dmitry Shvetsov, whose relative Sergei Shvetsov was associated with Avdolyan in K1, crossed paths with a certain Anatoly Semerukhin in R-2, and R-2 LLC itself was also the predecessor of Krates LLC.

In addition, Mr. Semerukhin in Acropolis LLC crossed paths with BBB Bank.

Photo: rusprofile.ru

Anatoly Semerukhin, in addition, was a minority shareholder of the bank, and since 2005 he was an adviser to the head of the board. And the most interesting thing is that Semerukhin's surname appeared just in the very story about the withdrawal of money to a Latvian bank. Semerukhin was listed as a shareholder of GLOBAL ONE Holding Limited.

The same Semerukhin was mentioned in the material of The Moscow Post about the possible connection of the Prime Minister of Bashkiria Andrei Nazarov (through the Granel Group of Companies) with the Opalikha Park residential complex and the history of his defrauded equity holders.

Another interesting fact: in 2021, Krates tried to bankrupt a certain E.M. Ovchinnikov. The full namesake of Eduard Mikhailovich Ovchinnikov in 2020 by the Tver Court of Moscow was detained in absentia and was on the international wanted list as accused under the article "Fraud on an especially large scale."

From the materials of the court, it is known that the case is connected with the deliberate non-fulfillment of contractual obligations by the general director of the Engineering Center of the UES JSC E.M. Ovchinnikov and the theft of money allocated under the program "Development of perinatal centers in the Russian Federation" together with unidentified persons in 2015-2017.

In addition, when Mr. Ovchinnikov was declared bankrupt, Elena Rebgun was its financial manager, and the same BBB Bank was among the creditors.

The same Rebgun was the bankruptcy trustee and "Quingrup" of Ms. Islyamova.

Isn't there too much overlap in this story?

Thus, from all of the above, we can conclude that the same couple of Islyamovs could be related to the schematosis that the Russian oligarch Avdolyan and BBB Bank pulled out.

Why does Mr. Avdolyan, despite all the scandals surrounding his name, go unpunished? The answer to this question may be hidden in his connections, among which the head of the Rostec state corporation Sergei Chemizov plays a special role.

Recall that Chemizov, his wife Ekaterina Ignatova, as well as Avdolyan's wife Elena Avdolian are on the board of trustees of the New House Foundation, created by Avdolyan.

In addition, during the formation of Avdolyan's business, Rostec flashed nearby more than once as support. For example, in 2013-2017, Rostec owned a block package in the Avdolyanov company Yota Devices, and a few years ago in YATEK, the support bank of the Novikombank state corporation had a 21% stake. In addition, Rostec, having received shares in the business of Dmitry Bosov, who died under strange circumstances, later transferred them to the same Avdolyan. And in the same division of the oligarch there are still immigrants from Rostec, for example, Rodion Treasure.

The Moscow Post has already published a whole series of investigations about Avdolyan's activities: about great love for offshore companies, about a multimillion-dollar debt to the budget of the city of Fokino for land lease, about the participation of the oligarch in the dirty battle for Bosov's inheritance and a spare airfield in London.

According to a source from The Moscow Post, Interpol has already become interested in withdrawing money to a Latvian bank. And when will Russian law enforcement officers turn their attention to the adventures of Albert Avdolyan? Or are they waiting for him to pack his suitcase and dismiss him in a "blessed" Europe?
