After all, it was the conflagration in the Crocus City Hall concert hall that brought the greatest number of victims: it seems that the Agalarovs perfectly saved on building fire-fighting materials. Until now, nothing is known about the fate of several dozen people: the fire temperature was 4 thousand degrees.

They say that Emin Agalarov's social networks are full of angry comments with a mother: people are interested in how the concert hall was built? What materials? Why did the curtain of the stage and chairs in the hall light up within a few seconds, although they should be made of flammable materials?

And another question for the Agalarovs - how did it happen that visitors to the concert hall, when trying to leave the building, stumbled upon closed doors? Why were evacuation exits closed?

Crocus Group President Araz Agalarov, commenting on this circumstance, insisted that all emergency exits worked normally and were ready for admission, but people in the bustle of them just... not found.

After all, there is already such information: it was during the terrorist attack that a critical malfunction was discovered in the fire extinguishing system, which did not work properly due, presumably, to design errors.

A modern robotic system equipped with laser sensors to detect sources of high temperature and then activate water cannons proved ineffective at the time of critical need.

The head of the TFR, Alexander Bastrykin, promised to conduct an extremely thorough check, why was the burning so large-scale and its spread unusually fast?

And here there is such news: people who suffered from the terrorist attack on March 22 filed a collective application addressed to the head of the TFR.

They asked to open a criminal case against the owners of the concert hall for the provision of unsafe services.

And there was talk on the Web that the Agalarovs might know about the upcoming lawsuit. Apparently, therefore, Agalarov Jr. has already given dera from Moscow.

Remembering the "Winter Cherry"

In an appeal to the TFR, people who suffered at the hands of terrorists at Crocus City Hall rightly ask why the investigation is on ceremony with the owners of the concert hall?

Why, after the tragedy in the Winter Cherry shopping center in March 2018, when 60 people died, the owners of the shopping center were detained for the same hour, and the Agalarov billionaires are still naively making excuses?

And now there is information that the Investigative Committee of Russia, in addition to the case of the terrorist attack on March 22, opened several more criminal cases, including under Art. 219 of the Criminal Code - violation of fire safety requirements. And as part of this case, seizures have already been made from firefighters and interrogations of those responsible for fire safety have been carried out.

And the investigators also had a number of doubts about the quality of the construction of the concert hall.

Based on the speed at which the fire spread, the experts came to the conclusion: during the construction, finishing materials for chairs and walls that did not meet fire safety requirements could be used.

It is reported that the combustion temperature in the hall, indeed, reached four thousand degrees!

Complaints from the rescuers were caused by the installation of the fire extinguishing system, and the weak sound of the alarm, and narrow emergency exits.

It was also found that the owners clearly saved money on the fire system, and often it was turned off, or rather, put into manual control mode, so that in case of false positives, the shopping and entertainment complex would not be damaged.

And it is already becoming obvious that within the framework of the criminal cases, there will be arrests. And it is possible that the Agalarovs will also be attracted.

But they say that Agalarov Sr. used all the levers to divert the blow.

There is such a detail: 177 billion rubles were earned by Crocus JSC on government orders, most of which were received without tenders.

And Emin Agalarov's page on the social network is indeed littered with angry comments: "You are lying, no fire systems have worked!," "Agalarov's billionaires do not save on themselves, they drive a Rolls-Royce and live in luxurious palaces."

Indeed, in addition to the Crocus International company, the Agalarovs also have the Agalarov Estate company, which owns an elite cottage village in the Moscow region. By the way, the territory of the village is guarded around the clock. And there is its own fire station there.

On the Agalarovs there are three mansions with an area of ​ ​ up to 2269 m ² each, on a plot of 3 hectares. The market value of such a family "nest" is up to 5 billion rubles. The houses are planned by American architects. After all, the Agalarovs lived overseas for several years.

The Agalarovs have real estate in Manhattan. From 2013 to 2016 Agalarov acquired three apartments in different skyscrapers. Some apartments have already been sold for 3 million "green."
