Sergei Dankvert's entrepreneurial vein

A couple of weeks ago, the people called the permanent head of the Rosselkhoznadzor, Sergei Dankvert, announced in the public space another super-news that Russia, despite all the restrictions, is increasing the export of live livestock.

And this is great - it would be if it were not for the rise in price of meat for the population of our country, which, among other things, can be caused by the fact that there is simply not enough livestock. In addition, at Rostekhnadzor under the leadership of Mr. Dankvert, to put it mildly, not everything is smooth. The Moscow Post correspondent understood the situation.

Dankvert - "two-faced"

For 2023, beef has risen in price in Russia. Experts associated the situation with the reduction of livestock. So maybe it would be worth first entering the "plus," and then establishing international contacts?

But, it seems, Sergey Dankvert is much more concerned with other things. For example, inventing non-existent parasites? Nothing unusual. It's just that the Rosselkhoznadzor, apparently, really wanted to get something from the Shchelkovo Agrokhim enterprise, so it revealed a kind of "dwarf bunt." The company had to prove in court that such an infection does not exist in nature.

But while the investigation was underway, Shchelkovo Agrokhim could not sell the seeds. Priority was given to import suppliers. Coupled with the story of meat exports, a curious pattern looms. As if Dankvert is much closer to everything foreign. I wonder why?

Here is how Igor Abakumov, founder of the Peasant Vedomosti media group, commented on the story: "In my opinion, the active search for the dwarf bunt began with the creation of the Seed Production Department in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the subsequent consolidation under the wing of this department of the former All-Russian Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences in seed production. On the one hand, this is a logical step that allows you to give more resources for the development of the material base of scientific institutions. But, on the other hand, there are tangible intentions to monopolize the seed production system, removing from the market those seed growers who are outside the department's management. It seems to me that the Rosselkhoznadzor came under the influence of these intentions, which in itself is a very slippery slope for a respected organization. "

In fairness, it is worth saying that he will not regale all foreigners. For example, in 2017, Dankvert was reduced by the righteous anger of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, who said against the background of the accusations of the head of the Rosselkhoznadzor about the dishonesty of Belarusian suppliers that "it is necessary to study the issue and initiate a criminal case on Dankvert... for causing damage to the state. When he is in your detention center, then he will be aware of what he is doing. I will say the main thing: first, all these dunquerts are people interested, everyone has a huge latifundia, they themselves are manufacturers of a particular product. "

In the same 2017, it became known about the intention of Transparency International (recognized as an undesirable organization in the Russian Federation) to apply to the Prosecutor General's Office in connection with a possible conflict of interests of the head of the Rosselkhoznadzor. The company held a grudge against Agroplemsoyuz agricultural holding and a number of other firms, some of which still remained with Dankvert, although he transferred his shares to the trust. Some of the companies worked in the sphere regulated by the official.

Until 2022, Dankvert was also the founder of the agricultural ZAO Enzyme, which received state contracts from government agencies of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in the region of s/x. How can you not see the abuse?

Until now, the head of the Rosselkhoznadzor is listed as the founder of the Ozernoye hunting farm, which is engaged in fishing for wild animals. We must think, for the purpose of sale. He is also the owner of Domstroy LLC, Agromanagement Management Company, engaged in real estate, and Standardplus LLC, in the main form of activity of which "Sawing and planing of wood" is indicated.

But there are no questions for him, despite even the wide public outcry and the fact that the President of Belarus drew attention to the problem. As in a number of other cases.

For example, it is known that in 2005, almost as soon as Dankvert got behind the wheel of the Rosselkhoznadzor, Agroplemsoyuz companies allocated "up to 50 million rubles for performing the functions of an agent for the return of farm debts under agreements for leasing breeding cattle acquired from the federal budget." Is it a joke - Alexey Dankvert, the father of our hero, was listed as the general director of Agroplemsoyuz for a long time.

Endemic corruption

For some reason, no one asks the official why endemic corruption reigns in the Rosselkhoznadzor. Although such a conclusion suggests itself - over the years of Dankvert's work, more than a dozen officials have been detained. Last year, an expert from the Rosselkhoznadzor was caught on a bribe of 1.6 million rubles.

The year before, 1.2 million rubles as a bribe received the deputy head of the Southern Interregional Directorate of Rosselkhoznadzor Andrei Drygin. Such indexation of the tariff is not bad...

Sergei Dankvert kept Dmitry Natarov, who was his deputy, "close to the body" for a long time. Last year, the court sentenced Natarov to 12 years in prison not only for a large bribe, but at the same time also for seducing minors.

Mr. Dankvert chooses interesting people for his wards. It is guided by logic - the worse, the easier it is to make a "switchman" in case of what?

In 2020, there was a hearing that Dankvert personally extorted a bribe from the Polish company Mlekovita. As a result, these data were denied through official channels, Dankvert dissociated himself from history with all his might. But there is no smoke without fire?

Then, against the background of accusations, our editorial office received information from another company, which also reported about the alleged facts of extortion of money by Sergei Dankvert.

I don't see anything, I don't hear anything

If with one eye the Rosselkhoznadzor sees even what is not (we are talking about a dwarf bunt), then on the other it seems to be blind. Recently, near Sysert, there was an unpleasant incident with the placement of a landfill on the territory owned by the company of businessmen Artem Bikov and Alexei Bobrov. Which, by the way, are very famous personalities for our publication, the activities of which are marked by a pool of environmental scandals.

So, the site in question has not been used for the intended purpose for years, for which the Rosselkhoznadzor, in the opinion of even deputy Andrei Alshevskikh, should have initiated the procedure for its seizure. What he has not done so far, and popular indignation is still burning in Syserty. And Dankvert "listens and eats"?

Sometimes, of course, he paintedly takes some actions in order to seem to improve the situation in the department under his control. For example, it is engaged in the formation and disbandment of units. Allegedly, it gets rid of corruption in this way, only it works exclusively in words. In 2010, this procedure survived the service departments in Moscow and the Moscow region. But corruption scandals continued.

So, in 2017, the Prosecutor General's Office found many violations in the reports on income and expenses of employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor in Moscow, Moscow and Tula regions. Employees of the department with a calm soul did not declare their apartments, land allotments, etc.

And what can we talk about if Dankvert himself in 2011 could be suspected of trying to transport abroad the population of a unique black sable, whose market value is $1 billion.

Whatever the official is amusing... only his games possibly cost the treasury millions, or even billions of rubles.
