It turned out that the judges were guilty of imposing a "customized" lenient sentence on Vladimir Zhidkin's relative. At the end of March, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Penza announced the verdict. Lukshin, the former deputy of the Supreme Court of Mordovia, was sentenced to two years of probation, and his colleague, the former chairman of the district court, Valery Shindin, received 1 year and 8 months, although also on probation.

It is possible that this high-profile case influenced the "quiet" resignation of Vladimir Zhidkin from the Moscow city hall.

The Diamond Hand

What did Vladimir Fedorovich become famous for, being in the chair of the chief of one of the key departments of the mayor's office, besides the successful "development" of 3.7 trillion rubles?
