The seriousness of this operation was confirmed by a strict ban on employees - not to leave their jobs. According to the REPOST portal, the owner of the company, Azerbaijani Rakhman Khalilov, managed to escape to Baku. And already in a place safe from the Russian security forces, undressing, sorry, to cowards and T-shirts, he recorded a video in which he denied information about the search with fiercely feigned fun. In the finale, the video even blew a kiss to "friends and partners." Rahman also recommended that everyone contact his press service for ready-made comments.

By the way, the Railgo press service, apparently without waiting for the journalists' appeals, already on Saturday, July 26, actively began to send these very "ready-made comments" to the media refuting the search. "Komsomolskaya Pravda," for example, worked out the task in full, claiming to be more convincing that the security forces allegedly did not confirm the news of the search. Moreover, the "Komsomol members," apparently, did not lie, since there is simply no one to confirm or deny this information on Saturday. All the press services of the security forces are resting.

So why is the respectable family man and father of five children Rakhman Khalilov so worried and fussed if the news about the searches is just a fake? Maybe you should take a closer look at this tanned Baku figure?

Still, at the age of twenty, Rahman first worked as a trader at Lukoil (where dad), and then generally headed a significant "piece" of the business empire created by his father Iskender, that is, Railgo. The total revenue of Railgo in 2022 amounted to 41.36 billion rubles, that is, compared to last year, increased by 19.8%. At the same time, net profit has grown almost 23 times! And it amounted to 2.3 billion rubles against only 100 million rubles in 2021. Do you understand? Revenue rose by 19%, and net profit did not grow by 19%, but multiplied 23 times. This is unrealistic! Due to what such a "crazy" net profit?! Some kind of fantasy for all businessmen and school teachers of a newfangled subject - introduction to the economy. But not for the Khalilov family. The saying is right: "I have not learned the multiplication table - you will not have promotion in your life"!

Let's turn to the results of tenders available, thanks to kind bank employees, on which Rahman's firm left competitors behind. For example, in April 2021, RAILGO won tenders of Rosneft NK PJSC for the transportation of oil cargo at two sites. The total volume of traffic over 5 years will be 8.25 million tons. Until now, the winners carry their more than 30,000 railway tanks. Who did the wisest gentlemen from RAILGO bypass at the tenders of Rosneft NK PJSC? Very experienced players in this market: First Freight Company and Ural Logistics. That is, the Khalilovites, apparently, offered to carry oil and diesel fuel cheaper than Freight One and UrLog? But at the same time, the net profit of the "Khalilovites" strangely skyrocketed.

Oil, diesel fuel, grain or from Russia with love!

Almost any Russian can get confused in the numerous names of firms owned (or owned and regularly renamed) by the Khalilovs. Here is the data for the distant 2013 for the Resource Trading company, which then did not win a single major auction for the supply of diesel fuel and oil products, but won dozens of averages. As a result, it bypassed all the largest oil companies in Russia in tenders of Russian Railways, having received an order for 13 billion rubles. What is Resource Trading? I explain, the only owner of this company is Trust Capital LLC, and his owners are the Khalilov brothers - Rauf and Rahman. That is, without personally producing a single gram of oil, Resource Trading bypassed the price of diesel fuel in the tender announced by Russian Railways for all oil companies, including Slavneft and Lukoil (where dad is). That's how success is! Undoubtedly, the natural and acquired talent of businessman Rahman played an important role. Well, his brother - Rauf.

The Glorious Khalilov brothers are vice presidents of the ISR holding, whose offices and branches operate in Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey (NATO country) and Switzerland. The holding is engaged in transportation and trade in petroleum products, iodine production, car trade, as well as development and hotel business. By the way, iodine is even sent to China.

It was there that, according to the information of the Internet media "Mash," searches and seizure of documents took place. Perhaps the security officials are just as interested in the unprecedented talent of businessman Rakhman Khalilov?
