A straitjacket for Engineer Tyurin

At the end of July, that is, a few days ago, Vladimir Tyurin was again placed in a psychiatric clinic, because this is the easiest way to manage a man who is still trying to achieve justice for 7 years.

And now the sister of engineer Tyurin, Anna Tyurin, has contacted the editorial office, because we talked about the shocking case of Vladimir Tyurin in previous publications, "The Fake Case of Engineer Tyurin" and "Vegetables" of investigator Parakhin.

But the end of the matter, it turns out, has not yet been set.

80 handwriting examinations

It should be noted that the division of Rosatom State Corporation Krasnaya Zvezda JSC (date of establishment - 1972) has been an exemplary enterprise for many years. KB was the only developer and manufacturer of space installations in the world. 32 power plants were created in the workshops of the plant. The Design Bureau participated in the creation of the US-P satellite (passive controlled satellite) for the Legend space system. And then the Buk and Topaz onboard nuclear power plant was manufactured.

The Krasnaya Zvezda plant was also the chief designer and manufacturer of the Argus reactor: a reactor producing the radioactive isotope molybdenum-99 for the diagnosis of cancer. Together with NPO Luch, Krasnaya Zvezda was engaged in the development of devices for the needs of the defense complex.

But not everything, it turns out, was smooth at the secret factory. And the high-profile criminal story that happened to engineer Tyurin highlighted much of what happened at the Krasnaya Zvezda plant a few years ago.

By the way, back in the spring of 2019, all information on nuclear reactors for space was removed from the Krasnaya Zvezda website. And why?

And today, Krasnaya Zvezda JSC, with all its "giblets" and debts - more than 900 million rubles - has gone under the vaults of the infamous NIKIET JSC: this is the patrimony of former Atomic Energy Minister Yevgeny Adamov, who managed to get into a pre-trial detention center in Bern (Switzerland) in 2005.

Today, 86-year-old Mr. Adamov is the Scientific director of JSC NIKIET.

And engineer Vladimir Anatolyevich Tyurin came under the iron heel of investigator Parakhin back in the spring of 2018.

On March 28, news reports appeared on news feeds that a nuclear engineer at one of Rosatom's enterprises was suspected of major embezzlement: this enterprise turned out to be Krasnaya Zvezda JSC. And the nuclear engineer is a certain Mikhail Sorokin.

It should be noted that at that time, Rosatom State Corporation was not run by Sergei Kiriyenko, who had gone to the presidential structures, but by his protege– Alexei Likhachev.

Perhaps Mr. Likhachev did not want to bother because of the bad story at the Krasnaya Zvezda plant? They say that the authorities will figure it out, especially since the FSB officers received indisputable facts about the fraudulent actions of Mikhail Sorokin, who at that time held the position of a leading engineer at Krasnaya Zvezda JSC.

And, as it turned out, Sorokin was also dabbling in creating financial pyramids at a strategic enterprise.

It was the lead engineer Sorokin who slandered the software engineer Tyurin. As a result, Vladimir Tyurin was accused of fraud on three counts on an especially large scale as part of an organized criminal group, and of stealing funds from a defense enterprise through public procurement procedures.

But Tyurin was a software engineer. And he had nothing to do with public procurement procedures.

First, there were searches at the workplace, then there was interrogation as a witness, and later as an accused… And finally, the arraignment without a lawyer.

In August 2018, there was another arraignment, but this time in the presence of a lawyer. And all this time, from March to August, there were trials on the illegality of the charges.

But no investigation, interrogations, or confrontations were conducted. And if Vladimir Tyurin was charged and placed under house arrest immediately, in March 2018, then the main culprit, engineer Sorokin, who slandered Tyurin, was charged only in May 2018.

In 2019, Mikhail Sorokin went to prison, but only for a very short time.

During the entire investigation, more than 80 different handwriting examinations were conducted. And they showed that all the signatures on the invoices and on the powers of attorney were executed only by Mikhail Sorokin! The examination also showed a handwriting match in the contracts seized from the counterparties of the second witness, Oleg Borisov. Oleg Borisov was also charged. He received 4.5 years in prison.

Vladimir Tyurin had a nervous breakdown after all this wild revelry. He ended up in a neuropsychiatric clinic. And it was after Tyurin's nervous breakdown that investigator Parakhin, without any judicial determination, decided to conduct a forensic psychiatric examination.

Due to a long-term traumatic situation, insomnia, threats, and the dissemination of defamatory information, my brother acquired a persistent health disorder.

During these 7 years of the investigation of the criminal case, my brother underwent forensic psychiatric examinations 5 times, which could not answer the investigation's question.: Was Tyurin sane or insane during the period of the crimes committed by Sorokin or the leadership of Krasnaya Zvezda JSC?

As a result of the false statement, medical measures are being applied to Vladimir Tyurin. And they still won't end!

Mikhail Sorokin, together with the management of Krasnaya Zvezda JSC, withdrew the company's funds by purchasing products and forging documents. With the observance of FZ-223 and the fulfillment of their duties by the entire procurement commission and the management of the enterprise, such a situation could not arise. At the same time, Sorokin organized a pyramid scheme, offering employees to invest money on a 100% prepayment basis and receive new Apple phones or tablets at a price 2-3 times lower than the market price. He explained the origin of the products by personal contact from China. And there were several such employees, including the management.

During the year, Sorokin brought Apple products. He dictated the terms, set the price, and announced the shares... And when the purchase amount with 100% prepayment exceeded 8 million rubles, Sorokin quit one day, deleted all the information from his work PC, and took the hard drive... As it turned out, Sorokin, in order to avoid responsibility and refund funds to his customers, accused Tyurin of complicity and organizing a criminal community, allegedly they jointly purchased Apple products with the company's funds, forging invoices and contracts.

But let's get back to those hot events.

Vladimir Tyurin was under house arrest for a year.

On February 28, 2019, engineer Tyurin was released. And he returned to his factory. But, it turns out, the troubles did not end there, because 24 hours later Vladimir Tyurin received a notification about.. reduction.

And for two months in a row, he, an experienced software engineer, was offered various humiliating employment options. Tyurin was forced to work as a security guard.

From May to September 2019, he worked, but soon suffered a traumatic brain injury at work. And ended up in the hospital. After his discharge, he was ordered to work at an abandoned, de–energized facility, a branch of Krasnaya Zvezda JSC in Kuzminki, where horror films could be shot. Tyurin was able to work only one shift in this terrible place: there were poisons, radiation and a complete lack of water.

He did not come out to this horror object anymore. And he was fired. Tyurin sued for a year, trying to restore justice.

On October 28, 2020, by the decision of the Court of Appeal, my brother was reinstated with payment of forced absenteeism and moral damages. Krasnaya Zvezda filed a cassation appeal, but lost it on May 17, 2021.

It would seem that justice has prevailed! But the engineer returned to his native enterprise... a security guard again. Vladimir Tyurin continued to fight for his honest name, but investigator Parakhin reappeared on the horizon.

Investigator Parakhin repeatedly petitioned the court to forcibly place Tyurin in the HDP, allegedly to bring him out of critical condition so that Vladimir Tyurin could answer to the law for what he did not commit.

The court of appeal overturned the ruling, as well as the repeated ruling, which was considered by another composition of the Zamoskvoretsky court.

In February 2022, my brother decided to resign and end his 22-year career," Anna Tyurina continues. - The management of the enterprise allowed to leave by agreement of the parties, without moral and material claims. But two days after his dismissal, that is, a year after his last communication with Investigator Parakhin, my brother received another invitation from the investigator to undergo a psychiatric examination.

Investigator Parakhin filed a request for placement in a psychiatric hospital with the same judge I.V. Zorina in the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow, which had previously granted such a request.

It is difficult to sort out this "mess", since Rosatom State Corporation, as well as the state corporation's henchmen, are present in this history, there are numerous violations in procurement and government contracts, there are deficiencies in the results of audits, kinship and friendly relations of interested persons from among the employees of Krasnaya Zvezda JSC.

And that's why it was necessary to find an outsider who could be blamed for all violations and embezzlement. And they found such an extreme one! Thus, Vladimir Tyurin has been in the "millstone" of investigative actions for more than 7 years.

My brother appealed to all officials, deputies, ombudsmen, in particular to the deputy head of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, General Alexander Krakovsky," Anna Tyurina continues.

But the general did not hear Citizen Tyurin.…
And soon General Krakovsky himself was arrested.

Guests from the Federal Nuclear Center

In this whole situation, lawlessness is striking: when opening a criminal case, auditors from the parent organization from Sarov (the Federal Nuclear Center of the Russian Federation) arrived at Krasnaya Zvezda JSC. They occupied an entire floor of the enterprise. And they were engaged in the disposal of financial documentation, they took out this documentation in black bags. And during the investigative actions, CEO Sakadynets and Finance Director Zotov were immediately transferred back to the Federal Nuclear Center.

At the Krasnaya Zvezda enterprise, with tax arrears and unfulfilled contractual obligations to customers, the management staff quit and ran away from work with bonuses and payments. And no investigative measures were carried out, although these employees performed official duties to control procurement procedures under 223-FZ.

JSC NIKIET has indeed fully acquired JSC Krasnaya Zvezda with debts of more than 900 million rubles, with outstanding obligations on services. And no more criminal cases were initiated either against the officials responsible for procurement or against the management.

Prosecutor Ilyukhin released Sorokin from prison ahead of schedule, allegedly for providing information and helping to solve a crime.
And Sorokin signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense. He allegedly serves in hot spots, however, judging by the car fines, during the contract period from 02/04/2024 to the present, Mikhail Sorokin has received more than 30 car fines in Moscow, the Moscow region and other regions of the Russian Federation.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation cannot respond to written requests: is there such a fighter? And if there is, why is he driving his arrested car around Russia during the contract process?
After written appeals to the Ministry of Defense, the Military Prosecutor's Office and the Internal Counterintelligence Service, Sorokin sent threats to Tyurin's brother and sister.

Instead of space, Kashchenko

On July 29 of this year, Vladimir Tyurin was once again forcibly placed in the Alekseev (Kashchenko) PKB No. 1 for a forensic psychiatric examination.

He will be in a traumatic situation for 30 days, without walking.

- Several applications have been submitted to the chief physician, - explains Anna Tyurina, - because the hospitalization was carried out with violations: the investigator did not wait for the decision of the court of appeal and did not attach my arguments, did not attach Vladimir Tyurin's medical documents, ignored my legitimate demands. But the medical organization has been informed that the examination is already being conducted with violations, and its results will be disputed.

Anna Tyurina:

- I would like to be heard! The corruption and collusion between the defense company Krasnaya Zvezda JSC (which went under the "roof" of NIKIET) with the support of Rosatom State Corporation and the Investigative Department of the Fourth Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, as well as the prosecutor's office at special facilities, is simply amazing. Law enforcement officers turn a blind eye to criminal activities aimed at plundering budget millions. Separately, we will talk about the criminal Sorokin, who, with the complicity of the prosecutor of the special regime prosecutor's office, did not suffer any punishment, slandered his former colleagues. And he is at large.

In the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the victims' statements are not recorded, no answers are given, and letters are sent to Cosmos. The ruthless machine of justice, punitive psychiatric medicine, and the collusion of officials in concealing crimes at Rosatom State Corporation are also striking.

Now is the time to ask Alexey Likhachev, CEO of the state corporation Rosatom: are there really so many qualified engineers in the state corporation who have devoted more than 20 years to the strategic enterprise? And worked hard for the needs of space and defense industry? Such employees are worth their weight in gold! Why is it that because of the conman Sorokin, in fact, the life of an honest and decent man has been crossed out? Moreover, they constantly want to put a straitjacket on this man, and meanwhile, the investigation, thanks to the efforts of Investigator Parakhin, has simply reached a dead end.… Why did the management of Rosatom State Corporation take the position of an outside observer?

And here there is a question for the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, General Vladimir Kolokoltsev: according to our information, Mr. Parakhin has been promoted in the structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And he left the Investigation Department of the Fourth Directorate.
What kind of merit is this? Is it really for making normal people crazy? And you haven't dealt with the high–profile criminal case of Mikhail Sorokin for some reason?
