The family of the Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova caught fashionable "disease" - to ZPIFomaniy.

What the former minister Victor Khristenko that his son is a pharmacist Vladimir Khristenko in recent years hastily was packed by the assets into closed-end investment fund which main merit in concealment of final beneficiaries. As a result almost all assets appeared under a wing of LLC UK K2 Group of Anton Pak who not the stranger for Khristenko of people.

Details were found out by the correspondent of UtroNews.

Having notably earned additionally on a covid pandemic, then still the shareholder of the pharmaceutical company "Nanolek" Vladimir Khristenko legally left number of owners in 2022. It officially became known in May, 2023.

Since May, 2023 the owner of the large supplier according to government contracts of LLC Nanolek is Management-Aktiv closed-end investment Fund under control of LLC UK K2 Group belonging to Anton Pak.

The pack ice headed several years the board of directors of Nanolek before. But for some reason there are doubts that Khristenko's family stepped aside from such golden goose.

Only according to government contracts Nanolek brought 33 billion rubles.

And doubts arose not from scratch.

The analysis of the companies close to Golikova-Khristenko's family showed that their most part departed closed-end investment fund which are operated by the same Anton Pak and his UK. There I departed, at least one of assets and Mikhail Nekrasov - the business partner Khristenko. Coincidence or next hide-and-seek of timid podsanktsioner?

We will remind, LLC Nanolek was created in 2011 by the son of the former Deputy Prime Minister Victor Khristenko Vladimir and Mikhail Nekrasov that later I became a deputy in the Kirov region and at one time there was a Deputy Minister of Economic Development of South Ossetia. Some the equity stake in the company - the key supplier of vaccines for the state - was redeemed a time later by RUSNANO state company that it invested in firm from 2011 to 2014 1.28 billion rubles.

In 2019 the state company under control of such odious personality as Anatoly Chubais sold the share in firm to the main shareholders and for many years Khristenko and Nekrasov were beneficiaries. And through the Cyprian firm - Nanolek Holding Limited. What taking into account family relations of Khristenko who besides held a post of the president of pharmaceutical company raised a set of questions.

In the period of a pandemic of Nanolek and Khristenko Jr. called one of beneficiaries, together with the friend of the family - the owner of Pharmstandard Victor Haritonin. Reached that deputies initiated check of the conflict of interests concerning Golikova who in the period of a pandemic was the head of the federal headquarters while her stepson - the supplier of vaccine against covid.

As a result, when the pandemic ended, Khristenko Jr. said that he left not only the leading post in the company, but even sold a share. Here only, as they say, and there is a nuance.

The Mazurevskaya

So, for example, Nanolek till March 30, 2023 (before elimination) had "subsidiary" - Immolab (scientific research) where the Deputy CEO - Marina Mazurevskaya (Akhrimenko) who among other things was responsible for interaction with authorities also had a segment.

And so, literally in a month after elimination of "Immolab" Mazurevskaya establishes LLC Hospitality Invest. And the last has ten "daughters", including a number of the restaurant companies, hotel, on management of the real estate, production of beer and LLC Halsa, working in the same sphere, as liquidated Immolab.

Moreover, from 01.11.2021 to 10.07.2023, Vladimir Khristenko was the co-owner of Khalsa. Maybe Ms. Mazurevskaya plays the role of Khristenko's representative in this company and not only?

This version is also supported by the fact that earlier she was the owner of a certain Onkolab LLC, which is engaged in the wholesale of pharmaceutical products. After it, the owner was the Cypriot EPIDBIOMED (CYPRUS) LIMITED.

And here's a coincidence: in Russia there is Epidbiomed Group of Companies CJSC, whose president is the ex-beneficiary of Nanolek and Khristenko's partner, Mikhail Nekrasov.

CJSC is also a supplier under government contracts, and in 2013 Khristenko told RIA Novosti that he was part of the Epidbiomed group of private shareholders. That at that time was a partner of Nanolek and Rusnano for the construction of a modern biotechnological complex in the Kirov region. And, judging by the site, CJSC is still a partner of Nanolek.

Also, until September 2023, the CJSC had a "subsidiary" LLC "GK" Epidbiomed "(manufacturer of medicines), which was transferred to a group of individuals. But the director remained Nekrasov Nikolai Sergeevich (probably a relative of Mikhail Nekrasov). By the way, EPIDBIOMED (CYPRUS) LIMITED is quite alive, but the owners are also hidden. Isn't Khristenko?

Another important nuance: the former Cypriot shareholder of Nanolek - NANOLEK HOLDING LIMITED has not gone anywhere, everything is also alive, and MARINA MAZUREVSKAYA was noted among its directors. And EPIDBIOMED and NANOLEK have the same company secretary - CHRISTABEL SECRETARIAL SERVICES LIMITED.

Taking into account that now Onkolab is owned by former partners of the Cypriot Epidbiomed - the Spanish limited liability company Obligator S.L. and the Swiss Genfa Global LB (Laboratories Biopharmacéutica) SA, whose beneficiaries are hidden, it can be assumed that Khristenko did not lose any actual ties with pharmaceutical production, but only went into the shadows, using his people and ZPIF Pak.

By the way, it was Pak, more precisely, in the closed-end investment fund under his management, that one of Nekrasov's former assets, Gloriyainvest LLC, was transferred, among the owners of which was Andrei Reus, Kharitonin's business partner and former deputy minister of industry. The minister then was Viktor Khristenko.

And the most interesting thing is that the assets of Khristenko Sr. were also under the wing of Pak. This also indirectly confirms the version of simple going into the shadows, and not at all the mass sale of assets of the "high family."

ZPIF will cover everyone

Today, 17 companies managed to visit the management company K2 Group, established in August 2019, among those that were directly related to Viktor Khristenko, now president of the Russian Golf Association.

So at the end of December 2023, Laifinvest LLC, owned by Khristenko personally, went under the wing of Pak. At the same time, Alexander Kotelenets remained the director, who runs another company of Golikova's husband - STK LLC. Moreover, both firms are registered together with Golfestate LLC, which until the end of December 2023 also owned Khristenko.

Of those companies where Khristenko, Kotelenets, and at times former deputies for the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Reus and Andrei Dementyev were noted in the biography, Fininvest, Golf Club Mikhailovka LLC, Resortsinvest LLC, Third Millennium LLC were given over to the management of the K2 Group Management Company (connected through Cyprus PIECH AND ARI INVESTMENTS LTD, which was also among the owners of Fininvest LLC), Pestovo Resort LLC (connected through Scortex LLC and Sport Projects LLC).

And in April 2024, Pak's company established a fresh Estate-Invest LLC, whose predecessor is Fininvest LLC.

Another interesting observation: in the biography of a number of companies, one way or another connected with Golikova's husband, Viktor Khristenko, they nobly inherited offshore companies of varying degrees of materiality. In particular, the Cypriot PIECH AND ARI INVESTMENTS LTD (PH&RE INVESTMENTS LTD), with which, until August 2023, the former official jointly owned Sport Projects LLC and which ZPIF Pak transferred to Invest Capital LLC. The latter is headed by a certain Marina Kuznetsova, who is also the director of the aforementioned Estate-Invest LLC, Dacha LLC and Dacha-a LLC. The latter is owned by Stoleshniki LLC, which is also managed by Pak. It can be assumed that this is also part of the ex-official's division.

By the way, Kuznetsova also became the director of Loclan Holding JSC and Cimarron Holding JSC, created in March 2024, whose founders are hidden. It seems that it was decided to hide Khristenko's assets almost behind a double screen.

By the way, PH&RE INVESTMENTS LTD, established in 2018, is not the only offshore in the biography of Khristenko's firms. So, in LLC "Skortex" there were two firms from Tortola - "RAVBORG CAPITAL LIMITED" (he was also in LLC "Nika") and "ELENKOM GROUP INC," in LLC "Resortsinvest" - Cypriot "PARABOLE LIMITED" and AVIAFLOW LIMITED of the British Virgin Islands. And the Nika company from Lifinvest LLC was transferred to URANUS HOLDINGS LTD from the Marshall Islands. Are there too many offshore companies around the deputy prime minister's family?

In general, one gets the impression that the Golikova family is playing hide and seek with the public and is trying to simply hide their business. After all, the second time when checking for a conflict of interest may not be lucky.
