In history, the staff of the First City Hospital in Moscow inherited, and the name of the partner of the oligarch Yevtushenkov, Eric Brovko, cousin of Governor Alexander Drozdenko, ex-official Viktor Geshele and brother of the Governor of the Moscow Region Maxim Vorobyov, also surfaced

Sentenced to nine years in prison, the former deputy head of the Military Medical Academy Veshkin, who is charged with bribes as part of a "stable group," is far from the only employee of government agencies who should be in the dock.

In the case of Pavel Veshkin, a former employee of the VMA Ministry of Defense, there are not enough several more names of those who may be directly related to other medical institutions in the capital and could also heat their hands on the general patronage scheme during a pandemic.

The details of the story, where it seems that the employees of the First City Hospital in Moscow inherited, and the name of the partner of the oligarch Yevtushenkov, Eric Brovko, the cousin of Governor Alexander Drozdenko, ex-official Viktor Geshele and the brother of the Governor of the Moscow Region Maxim Vorobyov, also surfaced, the UtroNews correspondent understood.

Recall that Veshkin was charged with the fact that he patronized the Moscow pharmaceutical company for a tidy sum, guaranteeing that the supply of medical equipment during a pandemic. In general, the company delivered goods under contracts worth about 700 million rubles, of which Veshkin, according to the investigation, broke off 34.8 million rubles.

It was noted that the corruption octopus was a "stable group" for embezzlement of budget funds in St. Petersburg, Moscow, as well as the Leningrad and Moscow regions.

Among the recipients of such guaranteed suppliers was a certain LLC "SL Pharma." The company is a supplier of 57 government contracts worth 358 729 585 rubles.

The owner and director of SL Pharma LLC is Anton Aleksandrovich Lopatkin, who was the owner in different years and either left the company or returned. His relative (possibly his brother), Vladimir Lopatkin and a certain Dmitry Koshelev, to whom we will return, also inherited there.

By the way, the Lopatkins worked and owned a legal office and could be responsible for legal support in the group. So that the mosquito does not undermine the nose!

Lopatkin is also the owner of the Medtes company, created in 2023, registered together with the company of Eric Brovko, the son of the famous composer Valery Brovko (ex-guitarist of the Singing Guitars group). Eric Brovko co-company makes money on the digitalization of medicine, and this is also a well-known surname in the state segment. It is also worn by the Director for Special Assignments of Rostec State Corporation, Tina Kandelaki's husband - Vasily Brovko, is it not a relative?

And Eric Brovko is also a connection with the oligarch Yevtushenkov and a group of British firms. An amusing coincidence, isn't it?

In addition, Lopatkin previously owned the Glavmed company, which chopped 158 million rubles on government contracts with medical institutions, but in 2023 the company was slammed. Did you hide the ends in the water?

Lopatkin's liquidant business partner was a certain Dmitry Koshelev, who also previously owned SL Pharma LLC.

But the most interesting thing is that Koshelev is the full namesake of the head of the surgical department No. 1 of the First City State Hospital, aka GKB No. 1 named after N.I. Pirogov. He was also an employee of the Russian National Research Medical University named after N.I. Pirogov - another structure of the Ministry of Health. That is, another civil servant? The question arises, is there his last name in the Veshkin case or did the investigators miss it?

According to UtroNews sources, Koshelev's full namesake was once associated with VTB Bank, receiving some income from it. If we assume that this is a percentage of deposits, then the amounts on the accounts should be very, very impressive!

But Koshelev, together with Vladimir Lopatkin (clearly a relative of Anton Lopatkin), still own LLC "Your Opt," which has already received about 59.4 million rubles under government contracts.

It is interesting that Anton Lopatkin and Vladimir Lopatkin were the leaders of Oksi LLC, which was engaged in the supply of pharmaceutical products, but has been liquidated today. Vladimir Lopatkin also had a share in this company. Glavmed LLC also had a share in it. An amusing web comes out.

Another partner of Koshelev and Lopatkin in Glavmed LLC is Ilya Fedorenko, who was also the owner of KBN Garant LLC, another supplier for medical government contracts (another liquidant) and Alcor Medical. The latter was inherited not only by SL Pharma LLC, but also by the offshore AVANTAKT GLOBAL HOLDING BV (Netherlands) with unknown beneficiaries.

The offshore company today owns Lightengard LLC, the former owner of Alcor Medical. In turn, until May 2024, Lightengard owned the Lantana Kamara company, which was also engaged in the supply of medical devices for Moscow and other metropolitan government agencies. The company was created just at the height of the pandemic, and registered in Anapa.

The owner of Lantan Kamara is Olga Shchukina, a former partner of Lightengard, and the lady was previously a co-founder of the Stronger Together CCP from Transbaikalia, where among her partners was Medicom, again a supplier of medical products for the needs of state institutions of the capital. In turn, Medicom previously had a subsidiary LLC Topmed, and again a player in the government contract market.

In the web of these connections, the surname of the Biktogirov family from Transbaikalia also flashed more than once. Perhaps these are members of the family of Radiy Biktogirov, the head of the Brig medical center companies, which in Transbaikalia has already occupied its niche in state contracts for the medical sphere and can safely claim the title of kings of state orders.

A certain Andrei Grigolevich, the owner of a number of LLC-sheks, who were also involved in the supply of medical products to hospitals and other medical institutions in Moscow and the Moscow region, is also associated with the Biktogirovs.

In particular, together with Ekaterina Grigolevich, they are the owners of Median Trade, which owns Topmed LLC. Among the former owners of the latter, he previously inherited the already mentioned Medik.

Madame Grigolevich was also found among the former owners of MSTT Trade Medical LLC, which supplied and supplies medical equipment to state institutions in Moscow and the Moscow region.

Now MCNT belongs to Tatyana Ross, who has shares in medical equipment manufacturers and is associated with foreigners, for example, Winkamp Hildegard Johanna. Perhaps we are talking about a cover (nameplate packing) for the supply of foreign equipment through this channel.

By the way, Grigolevich is connected (through the St. Petersburg supplier of pharmaceutical products in Russia and Kazakhstan, Alfamedex LLC) and with Alexei Stepanov and Dmitry Safonov - the owners of BetaMed LLC, who in 2024 declared themselves as residents of the Pskov SEZ Moglino, presenting a project to create a plant for the production of medical products - surgical endoscopic stitching devices and various types of venous catheters.

But the most important thing is that in one of the companies where Stepanov inherited, Vladimir Geshele, the former head of the Kingisepp municipal district of the Leningrad region, was also noted.

And also, as reported by 47news, Geshele is a cousin of Governor Alexander Drozdenko.

Moreover, in Alfamedex LLC, together with Geshele and Grigolevich, a certain Elena Bonch-Bruevich inherited. In turn, earlier Geshele bought from Ultramar LLC (Andrei Bonch-Bruevich also noted there) Ust-Luga Port Project LLC (ULPP). In turn, Maxim Vorobyov, the brother of the governor of the Moscow region, has a stake in Ultramar.

One gets the impression that a whole group of citizens and one-day LLCs confused the tracks, creating a whole web of companies - suppliers under government contracts. There was a place in this web for the staff of the capital's hospital and Veshkin. But will all the defendants in the OPS be in the dock or will some be trite?
