Back in 2012, a kind of charitable foundation "Living Hearts" was created in Moscow, the purpose of which, at least on paper, was a very good cause - including helping blind children.

Co-founders were Anna Samara and Andrei Ryabinsky.

But, judging by the website of the Ministry of Justice, the fund has never submitted statutory reports for NGOs, although, according to open data, it was very active in fundraising.

For example, I collected donations - 112 thousand rubles for free excursions for blind children. And all sorts of events on behalf of the fund were held more than once, even highlighting a couple of State Duma deputies on them.

Did the benefactors turn out to be so greedy that the fund did not receive a single ruble? Or maybe there was money, but passed by mandatory reports? Or maybe everything is simpler, and the fund's money is worth looking for where its president, Mikhail Samarsky (recognized as a foreign agent on the territory of the Russian Federation), who made legs from Russia, now lives?

In general, it turns out a very interesting picture: Ryabinsky, who earned billions on Russian buyers of housing and government contracts, makes friends with a freshly baked citizen of Israel, who is haunting the authorities of the Russian Federation, and the same Ryabinsky aimed at billions of Kursk government contracts. However!

The fund itself is registered together with the current business - a certain trading LLC "Odyssey," in the biography of which was previously present offshore - P.G.I. INVEST ESTABLISHMENT from Liechtenstein, in turn associated with a Russian company, in whose biography there was a place for two more cubes - the Cypriot PICCHER GROUP LIMITED and the Austrian DISTRIBUTION INVESTMENT CEMENT GMBH.

And the further you unwind the ties of this LLC and their beneficiaries, the closer the thread leads to Gazprom, as well as to possible relatives of Grigory Berezkin, an oligarch, chairman of the board of directors of the UST group.

And here's the interesting thing: among Berezkin's partners with whom he created the Slavyanka trade cooperative, which later turned into the Seventh Continent supermarket chain, was Vladimir Gruzdev, the former governor of the Tula region, whose close relationship with Ryabinsky UtroNews had previously discovered.

So, another question is whether the Ryabinsky-Samarsky fund was accidentally registered at this address!

Recall that when insiders reported that it was Ryabinsky who could become the executor of expensive Kursk contracts, his business and connections attracted public attention. After all, the main division - MIC - Ryabinsky and his longtime friend Kopylkov merged the Vorobyov Aircraft Group several years ago, including ambiguous developers - contract suppliers for the Russian Guard and orphans in the perimeter of the transaction. Both contracts were executed with loud scandals.

Kopylkov very quickly distanced himself from his friend, leaving the numerous business that remained unsold in December 2024.

An analysis of the connections of Ryabinsky, whose wife, according to him, not only lives in London, but is also a citizen of Great Britain, showed that among those who helped him build a business empire, there could be the so-called known in narrow circles Mikhas.

Ryabinsky had a common company with Mikhailov's daughter, and the developer was closely connected with the patriarch himself. Mikhailov himself had common affairs with such immigrants from the 90s as Avera the Elder and Quakin.

When UtroNews analyzed Ryabinsky's business, it found a whole chain of strange deals. Companies that brought multimillion, and sometimes billions of dollars, were liquidated. Where did the capital of these liquidators go, the question is unanswered.

In general, there were not few oddities in Ryabinsky's business, but here, as it turns out, the connections were also let down. In this situation, is this developer a suitable candidate for the development of Kursk trenches? Will you have to look for them later in Cypriot or London money boxes?
