Hang from three boxes: what Radionova kept silent about when talking with Putin

In an interview with the President of the Russian Federation, Svetlana Radionova forgot to mention environmental disasters and the planting of deputies.

The head of Rosprirodnadzor Svetlana Radionova cheerfully reported to Vladimir Putin on the state of projects in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, assuring the President of their full compliance with environmental requirements.

I said the same about the Caspian, where gas workers work, and about the Baltic. For some reason, forgetting to mention the spill that occurred near Novorossiysk at the marine terminal due to the fault of the Caspian pipeline consortium, which is part of Transneft.

She did not mention the natural disaster of 2020, when the Norilsk Nickel enterprise spilled tons of fuel into the soil and water due to a rupture of the tank.

What else did the head of the country's main environmental department keep silent about - in the material of The Moscow Post correspondent.

Transfer from a sore head to a healthy one

Recall that in August 2022, during the injection of oil on the Minerva Symphony tanker at the CPC marine terminal from the VPU-1 (remote mooring device), a salvo oil release occurred.

And before that - in 2021, another spill was recorded during the work of Transneft-Service on VPU-2. And a larger spill in August 2021 and, as established by a court decision, after the work of Transneft-Service on the VPU-1.

At the same time, Transneft, as best it could, tried to dissociate itself from the guilt for what happened, blaming the previous contractor, Lamnalko, which had been servicing the oil pipeline for years. It was moved in favor of Transneft-Service and then the above events took place. At the same time, The Moscow Post has documents at its disposal that indicate in black and white that Lamnacco knew and notified of a crack in a pipe running under the water column and stated the need to fix it. But instead of funding, I got a "turn from the gate."

The Moscow Post wrote in detail about this story.

It seems that if Rosprirodnadzor had not "turned a blind eye" to what was happening, could tragedies have been avoided?

Business Jets and Silence

As for the "Norilsk" history, this emergency thundered throughout the country and even Vladimir Putin had to report the oligarch Vladimir Potanin, who is responsible for spending Norilsk Nickel's funds. And the head of Rosprirodnadzor did not immediately fly to the scene of the tragedy on the oligarch's private plane - PASMI wrote about this (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation), and, according to rumors, received good "compensation" inside the business jet for reducing the amount of the fine from Rosprirodnadzor on the fact of what happened.

And although everywhere they call the billions of rubles paid "record," evil tongues claim that the actual damage was much more expensive. The result is obvious - soon Potanin's enterprises again lit up in the "draft case."

After a while, a video appeared on the Web in which Vasily Ryabinin, deputy head of the environmental department of Rosprirodnadzor for Norilsk, frankly tells how he learned about what happened on the TETs-3.

Judging by his words, the accident was hidden for some time, although it was immediately known about it in Krasnoyarsk. At the same time, for the especially inquisitive, they allegedly even sent armed people who drove them away from the scene. Ryabinin himself got into such a story.

It was May 29. And information about the disaster became widely known only on June 1. Perhaps if officials and businessmen were immediately engaged in the elimination of the consequences, and not thinking about it. How to hide the truth and reduce the amount of the fine, the ecology would not suffer so much?

Switchmen and Landers

Apparently, Radionova can be "tied" with Potanin since her work at Rostekhnadzor. In the same year, when the official moved to the chair of the head of Rosprirodnadzor, Rostekhnadzor was shocked by a loud scandal. Several heads of regional departments were arrested.

The reason was the materials seized from the entrepreneur Ruslan Rostovtsev. Allegedly, he could monthly bring kickbacks to Rostekhnadzor so that employees of the department turned a blind eye to violations at the mines owned by Rostovtsev. We do not hint at anything, but the state structure conducted inspections of Potanin's enterprises.

"Sat down" not a long time ago and "close to the body" Radionova deputy - Oleg Kruchinin, who took bribes from businessmen working with waste. And you don't have to be seven inches in your forehead to understand that Radionova hardly knew about the affairs of her deputy. Surely her share was in the money he received. After all, her parents found money from somewhere for their own business and real estate in France.

Wealthy retirees

After Ms. Radionova rose to a high post in the government, her parents suddenly had a business in France. There they also purchased an apartment into which their beloved daughter can often look - according to the evidence of sources of the PASMI publication (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) almost every weekend.

At the same time, Ms. Radionova, as a civil servant, and a high-ranking one, has access to state secrets. This means that she must coordinate her trips abroad. But, according to the Web, Madame allegedly has two passports - one is handed over to the "office," and on the other she calmly flies anywhere and when she decides.

Young and old

And to ensure all these trips, you need "green" - and from whom, if not from the fined oligarchs, to take them? Rumor has it that under the "wing" of Radionova there is not one Potanin, but almost the entire pool of "pollutants." Therefore, the residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where Oleg Deripaska refills with his Krasnoyarsk aluminum plant, and Andrei Melnichenko, who owns many local thermal power plants and coal mines, breathe soot?

They are attributed to the head of Rosprirodnadzor and ties with Simon Rybushkin, a scandalous industrialist against whose projects people take to the streets. According to the authors of the Arbiter telegram channel, allegedly the official permission to destroy the ecology of the Moscow region for the Dingo LLC owned by Rybushkin cost him only 7 million rubles. This, apparently, is about the development of the Podolsky quarry, the territory of which is even officially partially operated with violations: the Forestry Committee found that when arranging a waste processing site, Mr. Rybushkin, in fact, arbitrarily occupied part of the forest plot and installed structures on it not provided for by the forest development project.

And we are talking about major scandals, without affecting those that did not become public - for example, recently thousands of fish corpses surfaced in the village of Marfino, Mytishchi near Moscow - while the situation with the pollution of the water of the Ucha River began several years ago, but for some reason Rosprirodnadzor turned a blind eye to this.

If the department is so blind, can you trust what Radionova says to the President or is it again a move to cover up the causal place of the next oligarch?
