Against Reutovsky "Tsar" demand to initiate a criminal case on the seizure of "Tekstilexpo."

The scandal surrounding the purchase of the Moscow Electromechanical Equipment Plant (MZEMA) by the company of the "vodka king" of the Moscow Region Shota Susanyan reveals more and more new cases of this large family with habits from the 90s.

It turned out that the director of the Texpo company, which requires MZEMA tenants to conclude a bonded agreement, already appears in the application for the initiation of a criminal case on the illegal lease of premises of another company.

The Moscow Post received a letter from the shareholder of Tekstilexpo JSC Galina Sakovich (Rtishcheva), who announced new details of how the Susanyans gained control over this company and the building on ul. Victory, 1 in Reutov. Now the former director Sakovich, who did not agree to dance to the tune of Susanyan, is trying to initiate a criminal case on the illegal lease of premises in the building by a third-party company - Texpo.

Shareholders who do not want to work according to the methods of the Susanyan family and their close associates were cut off from the ability to manage the company and receive income from its property.

But before moving on to history, we recall, briefly "track record" Susanyanov.

How the Susanyanov Empire was created

In January 2024, it becomes known about the purchase by Roskom of Shota Susanyan from Roscosmos of the MZEMA property complex, and literally a week later, tenants (heads of 58 production enterprises) begin to sound the alarm. A certain "Texpo" under the leadership of Alexander Vetchinkin, close to the Susanians, demands to conclude a new contract with him with a rental rate three times higher than the existing and with a bunch of bondage conditions, but does not transfer any documents on powers from Roskom. Moreover, especially obstinate promise to block access to premises and property. One of the tenants has already suffered - all his property was flooded with boiling water, the equipment was melted, the room was completely unsuitable for work.

During the investigation, The Moscow Post managed to find out that Texpo, which hides the owners, which is led by Alexander Vetchinkin, is directly related to Susanyans through a chain of proxies, which has already flashed in ambiguous stories more than once.

The namesakes of Shota Susanyan and his brother Alik were based on a criminal chronicle: one on currency fraud, the other was convicted of a bribe to an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs who discovered an illegal alcohol warehouse.

Together, the Susanyan family owns and controls several dozen assets in the Moscow region, in the Kuban, including one of the Susanyanov - Karen Alikovich, is the director of the former FSUE of the Ministry of Defense - 46 Central Bank MTS JSC. In 2022, a company under the management of Karen Susanyan had claims from the tax authorities, which found that it had run the tax scheme using controlled and affiliated Perspektiva LLC and Reutovskaya Manufactory LLC.

The surname Susanyan also flashed in the history of the seizure of the Equator shopping and entertainment center, where the former Interior Ministry officer Sergei Voronkov was mentioned, whose family was associated with the "vodka king."

Susanyany was also mentioned in the muddy, scandalous scheme of seizing control over the former Reutovskaya Manufactory CJSC, the ambiguous history of the collapse and bankruptcy of Mechanizer CJSC. There are questions about the transition to them of the "fragment" of the Soviet heritage - OJSC Experimental and Production Workshops of OJSC Hydrometpribor, which produced meteorological and navigation equipment.

That is, the approximate picture of the methods and methods of building up the Susanyanov empire is understandable.

"Tekstilexpo": Raiders come?

The author of a new letter to the editorial office of The Moscow Post reported that back in 2013, Susanyan forced him to give him 25% of her shares in Tekstilexpo JSC, a company that has existed since 1998 and has been organizing Tekstillegprom fairs. Susanyan eventually turned out to be 75% - he acquired the remaining 50% from Boris Fomin, whose story we had previously told.

According to the Federal Tax Service, at the end of 2021, the shareholders of Tekstilexpo JSC were Galina Rtishcheva (now Sakovich), Irina and Sergey Sakovich, as well as Shota Radikovich Susanyan, as the beneficial, that is, controlling, owner.

Until May 2022, Galina was also the general director of the company until she was replaced by a certain Karina Bagdasarova. By the way, the residence permit for JSC was also changed - from Moscow to Sochi, in the same room with Susanyan's company - Roskom LLC.

In her letter to the editorial office of The Moscow Post, Ms. Sakovich clarified that when she was still the director of Tekstilexpo JSC, Susanyan put pressure on her to sell him the building and land in Reutov (JSC owns an administrative building on Pobedy St., 1 with a total area of 12806 square meters and a plot under it) for 17 million rubles with a property value of over 600 million rubles. Oleg Tochka, Susanyan's lawyer, who participated in many of his adventures, sent documents to the director of the JSC.

One of the draft contracts. The document was submitted by the author of the letter to The Moscow Post

Galina, seeing that the contract violates the rights of her and other shareholders, refused to sign it. As a result, the obstinate director was "removed."

As Ms. Sakovich told The Moscow Post, the protocol of the Board of Directors on the appointment of a new director was drawn up in violation of the law, since Susanyan appointed the director alone. Today, the second party cannot challenge this document, since there is no copy of it and Susanyan does not voluntarily provide it. This document was requested through the court, as well as a number of dubious documents that require revision.

According to Ms. Sakovich, although she is a member of the board of directors of JSC, after her resignation from the post of general director, she and two other shareholders were completely cut off from participating in the management of the company and from information about the company's affairs, and all meetings of the boards were held without her participation and even notification.

It is worth noting here that in 2010 the building on Victory 1 appeared in a message addressed to the prosecutor of the Moscow region. Efremenkov, deputy general director of Tekstilexpo CJSC, wrote about a raider seizure of the asset. The name of the general director of the Reutovskaya Manufactory Artem Arutyunov, another person close to Susanyanam from the same company as Tochka, was called.

Is the landlord not real?

The building in question, according to Galina, she, as the general director, mothballed and did not sign any lease agreements. Imagine the surprise when it was discovered that the premises on Victory 1 were rented out, and Vetchinkin, already familiar to readers, was a party to the agreement.

Of course, no payments from the lease to the accounts of Tekstilexpo JSC, whose director at that time was Sakovich, were received. At the same time, it turned out that the premises were rented from 2014 to 2022.

Galina wrote a statement demanding to initiate a criminal case against Vetchinkin back in February 2022, but they get rid of the applicant by unsubscribing.

The application itself has been kicked at the instances for almost two years, either refusing to initiate a case, or canceling the refusal decision. Meanwhile, premises on Victory 1 continue to be leased. I wonder how the tax authority to which Texpo LLC and Texpo Group are attached looks at such rental activities? After all, Vetchinkin had to attach some documents with powers signed by the director of Tekstilexpo JSC. What was the replacement for the signature of a director who never put it under such a document?

It should be noted here that in 2015 the building on Victory 1 already appeared in court in the context of sublease agreements, where one of the parties was companies associated with the Susanyans - Texpo Group LLC and Reutovskaya Manufactory LLC, and the second was a subleader who considered himself deceived.

Sweetened police

As we can see, the draft contract of sale, which Ms. Sakovich was urged to sign, also includes Mr. Vetchinkin, who is already familiar to the readers of Texpo, who is now represented by the second party to the lease agreement at MZEMA.

If the beneficiaries of "Texpo" are hidden, then "Texpo Group," which also appeared in the above-mentioned case on premises on Victory, 1, is just framed on the above-mentioned in the case of MZEMA Vetchinkin. Vetchinkin also had a common asset (Revat LLC) with Arutyunov, who at one time helped the Susanyans in coming under the control of the Reutovskaya Manufactory.

In the bottom line: Susanyan placed his people everywhere who do what they want, and the police and the prosecutor's office look through their fingers at it. The refused materials themselves, according to the statement of Galina Sakovich, resemble the delirium of a sick consciousness. What is the document signed by a whole police colonel, head of the OEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Balashikhinskoye" A.V. Kiryushin that it is not possible to get an explanation from Vetchinkin, therefore, sorry, but there are no grounds for the case.

Now, a group of persons already familiar to us, confident in its unsinkability, is trying to draw up the same scheme with the tenants of MZEMA. Maybe at least now the competent authorities will finally wake up?

Please consider this publication an official appeal to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
