Details about the new business segment of the more than once disgraced developer, where there were traces of the equally controversial hotelier Klyachin, a defendant in the case of banker Khotin, were found out by the UtroNews correspondent.

Recall that after it became known that Ryabinsky, a big lover of beautiful London life, could become a potential consumer of billions under contracts for the restoration of the Kursk region, this attracted close public attention to his person. And then it turned out that the founder of the MIC, which he had merged in time with the Vorobyov Family Aircraft, was overgrown with oddities like fleas. Among his contact list were persons close to the so-called Solntsevskys, including the one who is known in narrow circles as Michael, and in firms under very strange circumstances, from which it smacks of withdrawal of funds, they inherited offshore companies.

Not everything turned out to be smooth in Ryabinsky's promotion business, where companies after problems with tax authorities changed their registration, names, and then completely merged.

But, as it turned out, this versatile Mr. got into the restaurant business. Although it would seem, where is the construction and boxing, and where are the plates with the first and second?

And although three of the four restaurant firms have been sent under the knife today, it was this area of ​ ​ Ryabinsky's activity that revealed possible ties with the Chemezov family and Mishustin's relatives.

It is interesting, but the firms were liquidated in 2018-2019, when scandals often began to break out around the developer's name and the fact surfaced for the first time that his wife was a British citizen and lived with her daughter in London. At the same time, with respect to all firms, there is a note that an exception has been made from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities due to the presence in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of information about it, in respect of which a record of unreliability has been made. For three companies, the supervisory authorities recognized the registration address as unreliable.

Skyfood LLC existed from 2011 to 2019, Finance Invest LLC from 2006 to 2018, and Service Plus LLC from 2011 to 2018.

The only operating Ryabinsky company in the restaurant sector was Bereg LLC, which, by the way, in 2025 was brought to administrative responsibility for the fact that alcohol without documents was found on board the Volna deborcader.

For all companies, the partners of Ryabinsky and his longtime business friend Kopylkov were the same persons - Pavel Chmelev and Sergey Lanovsky. And unlike Ryabinsky, these two in the restaurant business understand, having still existing assets. For example, Lanovskaya, together with a certain Dmitry Shutilin, is owned by Mitburger LLC. And here's what is interesting: Shutilin is a former director of the Ryabinsky-Kopylkov company. He headed MIC-City-Design LLC, which was closed in 2020.

In addition, Shutilin, through a partnership with SMU-13 Metrostroy LLC, where he had a stake, could provide access to Sobyanin's team.

So maybe now in Lanovsky's business, Shutilin represents Ryabinsky's interests?

Among Lanovsky's partners, Yevgeny Katsenelson, a restaurateur, founder and owner of the Karavaev Brothers cafe chain, also shone.

But the person of Chmelev turned out to be much more interesting.

As Kommersant previously reported, Chmelev previously worked as a director in Caucasian Captive and Market for Novikov.

The aforementioned Arkady Novikov is a famous restaurateur who had a common business with both the son of the head of Rostec, Sergei Chemezov, Alexander, and with the sister and former son-in-law of Prime Minister Mishustin, Natalya Stenina and Alexander Udodov.

So, Ryabinsky's business with Chmelev could provide the developer with access to quite significant people in the issue of distributing budget funds.

It is worth noting that among Novikov's partners there is Gavril Yushvaev, an oligarch with whom the mother of Governor Vorobyov and his brother Maxim, the beneficiary of the GC Airplane Lyudmila Vorobyova, had a common interest. But it was the Plane that sold its MIC Ryabinsky at one time. What an entertaining coincidence.

By the way, in the history of business, Chmelev and Lanovsky were inherited by an equally well-known person involved in the case of the banker Khotin, who lost his assets as part of the nationalization of the hotelier Klyachin, who then quietly returned his business. The partner of the bankrupt Food Service + company of Lanovsky and Chmelev was Yug Development LLC Klyachin.

The funny fact is that in the history of the muddy return of the hotelier's assets, the surname Udodova flashed. And again, this is a coincidence!

Another interesting fact: together with some of the firms of Ryabinsky, Chmelev and Lanovsky, Denis Kudryashov's Extreme Center ANO was registered, which was also the owner of the share and director of a certain Aka Elektromontazh LLC. To date, the latter has been liquidated, but the last owner and partner of Kudryashov was an offshore from Belize - Ada Limited. In addition, the last director of the company is Briton Paul Bramwell. Moreover, today he is the director of the current LLC "Department Store 24," which belongs to TTM LONDON LIMITED. The latter has another pack of Russian legal entities.

So it pulls to remind that the second half of Ryabinsky is a citizen of the UK, where he lives. Is it not their pyramid with foreign leadership and foreign owners?

In the same pyramid along the chain of connections, we went to LIMITED SI EL OU LTD, which is a co-owner of a number of companies, including Az Art TV LLC. The latter is engaged in the production of films and television programs and was a contractor for Channel One. The previous owner of the LLC was Olga Starodubtseva, who in 2022, together with her husband, became the defendants in the criminal case of embezzlement, including through offshore companies, about 500 million rubles allocated for ceremonies and events related to the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

In general, the pyramid of Ryabinsky's business already raises a lot of questions and more and more often we hear the words - offshore, London. There, and the spare polygon spouse in the elite suburb has already organized. Will you later have to collect Kursk billions in British accounts, with such a track record?
