While the Tsaritsyno-2 shareholders have been waiting for insurance payments for years, the wife of their former insurer Sergei Gladkin flies around Europe and promises women the "secret of eternal youth." At whose expense?
After appeals from defrauded shareholders of the Moscow residential complex Tsaritsyno-2, The Moscow Post drew attention to one of the main actors in this scandalous story, namely the former CEO of Prominstrakh, Sergei Gladkin. It was this company that insured the risks of shareholders for the residential complex project, which was built by the former owner of Nastyusha holding, Igor Pinkevich. Subsequently, as is known, he turned out to be involved in a criminal case on embezzlement of 2.6 billion rubles from shareholders, and the Moscow authorities had to complete the construction of a complex of residential buildings.
It's not that the figure of Gladkin, or the "serial insurer" as he is popularly called, was not known before. It is well known that shortly before the complete collapse of the developer of the Tsaritsyno-2 residential complex, Gladkin suddenly left the position of CEO of the insurance company. It is also known that people who were left without money and without housing, for many years sought insurance payments from Prominstrakh, which were supposed to range from 800 thousand to 1.1 million rubles per person.
Many of them have not received payments so far, or received them with a serious delay. We also remind you that the project has not yet been fully implemented - at the moment, only those houses that were under construction have been completed. However, the defrauded shareholders are demanding the completion of seven more buildings declared in the project - 27, 28-29, 30, 31, 35B and 35B.
Hack Tsaritsyno-2
Why do we remember Mr. Gladkin? The fact is that after Pinkevich's fall, Gladkin did not go off the radar, but began to literally swim in money. With unknown funds, he bought land near Moscow's famous Losiny Ostrov Park, became the owner of the Fedoskin lacquer miniature factory, and his wife, Evgenia Gladkina, leads a bohemian lifestyle: she travels around Europe and other regions of the world, promotes a healthy lifestyle, and engages in so-called "biohacking" - attempts to change human biological parameters through a series of external interventions.
Someone will not believe the beautiful Eugenia, suggesting that all this may be a "scam" for gullible subscribers. What we are interested in is whether this banquet is at the expense of the remaining Tsaritsyno-2 shareholders.
However, few people know that Mr. Gladkin was not just the CEO of Prominstrakh, but also a direct beneficiary of the company. The majority owner of the structure was Finex LLC, which in different periods owned up to 59% of the structure. Until March 2018, none other than Sergey Gladkin personally owned shares in Finex. He left the structure after he left the post of CEO, and after that, on the eve of the collapse of Pinkevich's business empire, as if he had an insider about the impending disaster.

So why didn't Mr. Gladkin bear any responsibility for the fact that the shareholders of the Tsaritsyno-2 residential complex at that time did not receive not only their apartments, but also insurance payments?

Something else is also noteworthy. Gladkin joined the co-owners of Finex in April 2017, and left in March 2018. He ceased to be the General Director of Prominstrakh in October 2017. As the head of the company, he was well aware of the deplorable state of the structure. And even more so, I knew that Pinkevich's business was over - the construction stopped back in 2016.
Why did he need to be one of the beneficiaries? Did he really want to get additional leverage for a possible withdrawal of funds from the structure? We would venture to assume that unofficially he could have been a beneficiary of the company before.
And he had partners at Prominstrakh to match. What is only Larisa Markus, the former president of Vneshprombank, worth, together with her accomplices, robbed a credit and financial institution of 143 billion (!) rubles. Right now, Ms. Marcus is where she belongs, knitting mittens in the colony. She also turned out to be connected with the family of the scandalous oligarch, the owner of the S8 holding Armen Sargsyan. According to the authors of the DOFA telegram channel, allegedly a relative of Sargsyan, Jacqueline Sargsyan, could help Marcus legalize the stolen property from the bank.
And what about Gladkin? According to the authors of the Banksta telegram channel, he could allegedly be an accomplice of Ms. Markus in the looting of Vneshprombank. He could also allegedly have been involved in the collapse of a number of other insurance companies and banks - Balt Insurance, RINKO, K2, Oksky, Eurocapital Alliance. For which he could get the nickname "Serial Insurer". You'll get a lot out of whoever you're with. But who "got enough" from whom - Gladkin from Marcus, or vice versa?
Operation Liquidation
But that's just part of the story. Another thing is much more interesting: after all, following the scandal with Tsaritsyno-2, Prominstrakh LLC tried to declare bankruptcy. After all, the structure had not closed most of its insurance obligations by that time. In this case, Gladkin, as one of the former owners through Finex, could incur subsidiary liability for the company's debts. But by hook or by crook, bankruptcy was avoided, as there is a court decision from 2022.

By that time, many people had forgotten about Gladkin. Many, but not the shareholders of the long-suffering Tsaritsyno-2. By that time, the businessman had just acquired the Fedoskino factory and a lot of other property. With what kind of money?
And here we are in 2025. The Tsaritsyno-2 residential complex is still not fully completed, many people are still waiting for insurance payments. And what about Prominstrakh, from which Mr. Gladkin so quickly escaped?
It turned out that back in 2023, Prominstrakh, for some reason, changed its name to MIR and changed its line of business from insurance to law. However, it seems that he has not dealt with any legal issues. Soon, the Finex and Vironta companies left its founders. Both ended up in liquidation with zero revenue and losses.
Gladkin's shares in Finex were transferred to Mont Blanc JSC (which also owns Finex and Vironta). And it also looks like an absolutely fictitious structure - 10 thousand authorized capital with a single employee in the state. Revenue is zero, according to the results of the last reporting year in 2022 - losses of 2.1 million rubles and a "hole" in capital of 58 million rubles. Wasn't it through this company that money could be withdrawn from Prominstrakh, which could be used for insurance payments?
Until 2017, Alexey Krylov was the owner of Mont Blanc JSC. So, Gladkin's ex-partner? He was the owner of both Vironta and Finex. He was also the founder of Atlant Invest LLC, which has now been liquidated. Information about the company's registration address was considered unreliable, and the British offshore company ROSIDA LIMITED was the owner of the structure at the time of liquidation in 2021.

Already this 2025, MIR LLC, the former Prominstrakh, entered the liquidation stage without any bankruptcy. By this time, he had already been a defendant in more than 580 lawsuits for 2.3 billion rubles. In relation to the company, which was managed and owned by Gladkin, more than 1,700 enforcement proceedings were opened in the amount of 710 million rubles. Apparently, most of them could represent the claims of the affected shareholders who were left without insurance payments.

But Prominstrakh, among other things, had a lot of government contracts totaling 165 million rubles. The execution of 12 contracts was terminated before the deadline. It is still unclear where the money went from these contracts.

Even more "funny" is that Larisa Marcus, who is languishing in captivity, still owns part of the structure. Well, Mr. Gladkin and his wonderful wife are enjoying life. There are no complaints against them from either the courts or law enforcement agencies. A fairy tale!
Losiny Ostrov, Fedoskino and a sweet life for a spouse
Whether money could have been withdrawn from Prominstrakh and other companies associated with Sergei Gladkin is an open question. The same RINKO, around which people who were not happy for Gladkin "revolved", was previously tied to a whole network of offshore companies. As well as Krylov's former firm Atlant Invest. But that's a matter of days gone by. As they say, the ends are in the water.
But now, let's repeat, Gladkin feels just great. As already mentioned, in 2023, he acquired about 20 land plots in Moscow in the Losiny Ostrov area, and also plans to purchase another 8-hectare plot, where, presumably, a low-rise residential complex will be built.
Gladkin bought these plots from the now bankrupt Niagara LLC, whose former owner Maxim Astrakhantsev had accumulated loans from Peresvet Bank for 872 million rubles. Subsequently, the bank lost its license and collapsed with a hole in its capital of 100 billion rubles. Apparently, some of this money could have gone through Niagara.

Aren't there too many such strange scandals, liquidations, and debts surrounding various projects related to Sergei Gladkin?
But the Fedoskin miniature lacquer factory, which he and his wife bought out after the Tsaritsyno-2 scandal, is doing quite well. He is engaged in painting and creating expensive souvenir boxes - 60 thousand rubles apiece in the simplest version. That is, the factory's customers are mostly representatives of the elite, non-poor segments of the population. And this is for an iconic object for Russian culture with a huge history - ordinary Russians cannot afford such a box.
This year, 2025, the factory turned 230 years old. It was celebrated on a grand scale, and the Ministry of Culture and Gladkin's wife, Evgenia, a shareholder and member of the board of directors of the structure, played a major role in the festivities. Let's be honest - we have not been able to find any "double bottom" in the work of this particular enterprise. No serious debts, no significant legal claims or tax arrears.
However, the net profit of JSC Fedoskino (the legal entity of the factory) at the end of 2024 amounted to only 531 thousand rubles. It's not enough to provide Evgenia Gladkina with a comfortable life. And that's exactly what she does, traveling around the unfriendly countries of Europe. The woman leads a bohemian lifestyle, writes various materials about starvation and healthy eating, which she then tries to "sell" to subscribers.

To see her life on a grand scale, just look at her Instagram (owned by Meta Corporation, a recognized extremist organization and banned in Russia). What's not there! Mountains, warm seas, foreign resorts, the best European museums. Judging by the posts, it can be assumed that Ms. Gladkina almost never visits Russia.

On the same page in the description, Gladkina claims to know the recipe for "eternal youth", which she outlined in her book "I declare a hunger strike!". She calls her healthy eating course "legendary." Doesn't this look like a common scam in the field of women's desire to preserve beauty and health for as long as possible?
However, it's not for us to judge. But it is possible to assume at whose expense this celebration of life can be. Ask the shareholders of Tsaritsyno-2.
